Integrative Psychotherapy & Solutions

In therapy, I can help guide you with improving important relationships in your life - with yourself, family, work, love, and others. If you are experiencing betrayal, doubt, confusion, sadness, anxiety, anger, loss, fear, and hurt, we can work together to process and explore solutions, options, choices, value, expression, and attitudes.  We can review negative influences, such as addictions or persons affecting your life.  With relationships, we will explore differences, communication styles, expectations and roles, relational patterns, and values, such as trust, honesty, and respect.  My work is holistic, integrative, and solution-focused.

Some ways in which therapy can help is to:

  • Claim or reclaim your value, expression, power, identity, worth, creativity, and confidence through exploration, definition, intention and action.

  • Help create the kind of life you desire.

  • How to create, establish and sustain a secure and stable life.

  • Define and strengthen love, respect, honesty, and commitment in your relationships with others and yourself.

  • Improve relationships by improving communications, understanding each other, being able to show love, forgiveness, respect, and appreciation for each other.

  • Learn and understand roles and expectations in your relationships.

  • Set boundaries and limits with people or situations which hurt or test you.

  • Expand awareness and intuition, and encourage new attitudes and perspectives.
