Set boundaries and limits with people or situations which hurt or test you.

I help individuals, couples, and families work through trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, addiction, and relationship stress.
My approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I draw from EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, DBT, attachment-based, and systems-oriented therapy to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.
